01 The client

Enhanced Clinical Solutions is an independent clinical education and quality consultancy. It’s nurse-led — founded by a Registered Nurse with a background in community and district nursing — and it supports care homes, domiciliary care providers, supported living services and independent healthcare across London and the South East, with the ability to work with providers across the UK.

The offer has two halves: practical, interactive clinical training, and independent clinical quality reviews. The thread that joins them is the company’s signature approach — Audit → Educate → Improve.

02 The brief

The site is written for the people who run care services, so it’s plain about what’s on offer and careful with its claims. Every page closes on the same line: this is an independent consultancy, and it does not provide direct patient care or care agency services.

03 What we built

We designed and built the site from scratch: five pages — Home, Training & Education, Clinical Quality, About and Contact — in plain HTML and CSS with a single small script, served from Cloudflare Pages. Condensed uppercase headlines and a deep teal, plum and peach palette give it a confident, editorial register.

The Training page sets out five core programmes, from clinical documentation and pressure ulcer prevention to recognising deterioration, medication safety and end-of-life care, each with its own route to an enquiry. The Clinical Quality page explains the Clinical Quality Health Check, what it can review and the green, amber and red scale its written reports use, then walks through the five-step Audit → Analyse → Educate → Improve → Re-evaluate approach.

Enquiries go by email, with a short list of what to include and a clear request not to send patient-identifiable information. We also set up email for the domain, routing the info@ address through Cloudflare Email Routing. Images are served as responsive WebP, with a separate portrait crop for small screens on the About page, and the basics are in place: a British English page language, a skip link, a mobile menu that closes on Escape, visible focus states and reduced-motion support.

04 In the build

The Audit → Educate → Improve section — three numbered steps on a plum background
The signature service — Audit → Educate → Improve, set out in three steps.
Mobile home page — condensed headline and two calls to action over the hero image
Mobile — the headline and both calls to action sit above the fold.
Mobile expertise section — the Clinical Education & Training card in deep teal
Mobile — the two areas of expertise stack as full-width cards.
Two areas of expertise — Clinical Education & Training beside Clinical Quality Reviews
Two areas of expertise, one shared purpose — education and quality, side by side.

05 What changed for the business

WebWork Software organised the consultancy’s services and approach into a five-page website for care providers. Visitors can explore clinical education, quality reviews and the Audit → Educate → Improve approach, then find the information needed for an email enquiry.

The project also included domain email routing and responsive images. Together, these provide a public explanation of the consultancy’s work and an enquiry route under its own domain.
