Redesigning an existing site
A redesign starts with what needs to change. We review the content worth keeping, important URLs and the tasks visitors need to complete. The new structure follows the business, with a visual direction built around it.
Where a page address changes, we plan a redirect. Page titles, descriptions and internal links are part of the structure, so existing content has a clear place and visitors can find related services.

Questions before we start
Can I update the content myself?
Your website can include an editing area for the things you change most, such as photos, offers and prices, agreed in your quote. Other changes are priced per request, and you approve the price before any work starts.
What do I need to supply?
Your service information, contact details, brand assets and photographs you have permission to use. Writing and content preparation are agreed in the brief.
What happens after handover?
A walkthrough of your finished site, plus 30 days of fixes for anything that doesn't work as agreed.
How do revisions work?
Unlimited revisions within the agreed pages and design direction, until you sign off. New pages or features after sign-off are quoted separately.
What do I own and what can I access?
You own your domain and your content. Hosting, accounts and access are set out in your quote.
Can we begin with one part?
Yes. Start with a defined website or a specific improvement. Further work is scoped separately.
