What it costs
When a client pays online, 1% of that payment goes to WebWork Software, taken automatically at the moment of payment. If the payment is refunded, the 1% is refunded too. Stripe's own card fees are separate. Set-up is quoted for your salon: send us a WhatsApp message to join the pilot.

Questions before we start
What will this cost my salon to run?
Hosting, security updates, backups and maintenance are included. Reminder texts are included within a fair monthly allowance. The online payment charges are set out above.
How do we switch from our current system?
We move your treatments, prices, staff and future appointments across and check them with you before you switch. Client records can be imported where your current system allows an export.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. Edit treatments, prices, deposits, opening hours, staff availability and appointments, plus your website photos and gallery.
Can deposits vary by treatment?
Yes. Set a fixed amount or a percentage for each treatment.
What do I need to supply?
Your treatment list, prices, durations, staff availability, booking policies and salon branding. We check the setup with you.
What support do we get?
A one-to-one walkthrough at set-up, then support by email or WhatsApp message.
Who owns our client data?
Your client data belongs to your salon, and you can export it at any time.
Can we begin with one part?
Yes: website first, booking first, or both together.
